Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store staff, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
