Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies consistently
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
