Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring products are neatly displayed and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
