Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently.
