Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) consistently
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
  • Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous work experience in retail preferred
