Job Description

Fairview Dental Care is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic Hygiene Team. This full-time position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus, Monday-Thursday schedule with no evenings or weekends, and exceptional training and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite clinical support and patient care as a Dental Hygienist.
• Work collaboratively with a strong 12-person team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Continually enhance clinical skills through mentorship and educational programs.
• Deliver best-in-class dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current or soon-to-be licensed Dental Hygienist in Missouri.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry and CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental equipment and digital systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and attend training sessions.
