We are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join Cincinnati Dental Services at our Florence - Ewing location. This position offers a four-day work week, competitive benefits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an essential part of the patient care team, providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures and screenings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with mentors and network with peers for professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Kentucky.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and EMR systems.
• Desire for continuous learning and skill development.
• Flexibility to meet clinical needs as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
