Job Description - Dental Assistant
$5000 Sign-on Bonus!
Fairview Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join their Hygiene Team. This full-time position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with NO evenings or weekends required and occasional half-day on Fridays. The role includes 60-minute scheduled patient appointments, collaboration within a strong team, and a great work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide elite clinical care and advocacy for patients.
- Work as an integral part of the patient care team, offering exceptional care.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and educational programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and lifetime care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current or soon-to-be-licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient care.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Clinical experience is a plus.
- Experience with dental technologies and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
