Cargill is seeking a motivated Dice Line Lead to join our protein and salt business in Timberville, VA. As part of our team dedicated to sustainable and high-quality food production, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our production line.

Principal Accountabilities

• Operate and rotate through various positions on the production line.
• Set up and adjust machinery, weighing, mixing, and driving equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and additional responsibilities as needed.
• Read and interpret meat inventories and production specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish communication.
• Experience with IPFS and SAP systems.
