We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team at One Medical in New York, NY. As a primary care provider at One Medical, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct a variety of patient visits, and collaborate with a supportive team of medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient needs through acute, chronic, and preventive care visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize technology for efficient and high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in continuous learning and clinical rounds.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• State licensed in New York.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
