Fitness Studio Experience Lead

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a fast-growing fitness company dedicated to providing an inclusive and uplifting experience for all. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness environment, maximizing studio and group fitness participation, and ensuring an engaging and energizing experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Manage class schedules to maximize attendance and member satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and safe studio spaces, execute marketing events, and ensure flawless programming delivery.
• Develop and support ongoing instructor training and development.
• Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness management or group fitness leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness, community-building, and delivering exceptional customer service.
