As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience while maximizing studio and group fitness usage. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets and key performance indicators, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and ensuring exceptional customer care and community connection.
