Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe fitness spaces and executing flawless programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors, promoting VASA's core values and ensuring high-quality classes.
- Create connections with members and guests through exceptional customer service and high-energy classes that motivate and uplift.
