Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated FSQR Technician to join Cargill's protein and salt business based in Fort Morgan, CO. This position involves performing monitoring duties to ensure adherence to quality specifications and writing Food Safety Corrective Action reports when needed. You will need to conduct root cause analysis for deviations and work collaboratively with the production team. Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring duties to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Correlate with production on out-of-spec parameters.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports as required.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with hand tools and lift 20 lbs.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office.
• Capacity to stand/walk for extended periods in cold environments.
• 12-month experience in manufacturing or high-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience.
• Previous Cargill experience.
• Work history in the past 12 months.
