We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Provide valuable product feedback to management.
• Delegate tasks to the team and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Supervise store personnel to uphold customer service standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Merchandise products effectively, maintain store signage, and guarantee product quality.
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Lead and support team members on tasks and projects.
• Participate in training new employees and facilitating team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge gained through a combination of education and experience is beneficial.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled in budgeting, personnel costs management, and personnel development.
• Efficient in computer usage and related programs.
• Meets state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Physical Demands

• Requires sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to stock merchandise and place products on shelves at varying heights.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
