Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate various equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
