Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining store operations. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, assist customers, and support your team in delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Offer outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and other operational aspects
• Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in utilizing store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role
