Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Offer feedback to management, monitor inventory, and follow cash procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security of documents and data

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
