Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stock handling, cashier duties, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Job Type

• Position: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
