Job Description
Are you looking for a rewarding full-time position as a Store Associate with Aldi? Join our team to stock merchandise, operate a cash register, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with the Aldi team to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining neat merchandise displays, assisting customers, communicating effectively with team members and store management, monitoring inventory accuracy, and upholding company policies. This role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate equipment efficiently. Ideal candidates must be courteous, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
