We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
