Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback and inventory issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
