Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our standards of excellence. Job Type

• Full-Time Position (32-40 hours per week)

Salary

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
