Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Assist in inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
