Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
- Follow cash handling policies and adhere to company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
