Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
