Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and efficiently process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle equipment and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
