Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professionalism.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Physical Demands
- Stock and arrange merchandise, up to 45 pounds, at various heights.
- Perform various physical tasks around the store.
- Ability to work with or without accommodations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Efficient cashier operation and customer service skills.
- Ability to use store equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
