Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
