Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer excellent customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash policies, uphold company procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, pay attention to detail, and multi-task effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
