Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
