Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
• Training: This position will initially train at a nearby store until the new store opens.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
