Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
