Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain a neat store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
