Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability for our shoppers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and store operations
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
