Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
