Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to ensure a great shopping experience for customers. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience a plus.
