Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is well-stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and keep shelves neatly organized.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Follow company policies regarding inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
