Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers in their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
- Capable of operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desired.
