Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory issues, and operational matters.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
