Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a neat and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
