Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
