Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. In this position, you will collaborate with a dedicated team, maintain a clean shopping environment, and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
• Work with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
