Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, processing customer purchases, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback to management on product issues and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counting and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
