Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store remains well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
