Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
