Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain neat merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
