Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
