Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to be a part of our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and correctly
• Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
