Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
